How to try it without wasting money
- Start on the free plan. Try a few voices with a script you'd really use, like your salon's greeting.
- Listen on a phone speaker, not just headphones. That's how your callers will hear it.
- Only upgrade when you need to use it for business. The paid Starter plan adds the commercial license; the summary card has the details.
Pro Mode Before you wire it to a phone line
- Budget for the phone side separately: calls need a Twilio number or a SIP trunk from another phone provider, billed by them.
- Write down what the agent must never answer (prices you haven't confirmed, medical or legal questions) and test those first.
- Keep a human handoff for anything the agent isn't sure about, and check call logs during the first week.
